Who Ya Got? The Tennessee Titans or the New York Giants?

7 October 2008

Aftr 5 weeks of the 2008 NFL season, there are two teams that have risen above all the others, and those are the undefeated 5-0 Tennessee Titans and the undefeated 4-0, defending Super Bowl Champion New York Giants. Which of these two undefeated teams is better?

I think the New York Giants have to be given more credit. They are, as mentioned, the defending champions. They also play in the toughest division in football and should be getting every team's most prepared effort. The Titans on the other hand have snuck up on people a little bit.

Who are they getting the job done with? It's not supposed superstar Vince Young. Well, well, it's the former quarterback of the New York Giants, Kerry Collins. Collins led a surprise New York Giants team to the Super Bowl, where they unraveled against a far superior Baltimore Ravens team.

As the defending Super Bowl Champions, the New York Giants have to be ranked ahead of the Titans. They have a far superior offense and they have that Super Bowl swagger that has yet to be taken away from there. But the Titans as a team scare me more. Their defensive line is intimidating and forceful and they can really punish an opposing offense.
